A longtime entrepreneur based in Tampa, Florida, Jonathan Yob leads the Yob Family Foundation. Under the direction of Jonathan “Jon” Yob, the foundation spearheaded the GRAMMY Museum’s Music Revolution Project.

The Grammy-branded Music Revolution of Tampa Bay is a month-long program open to talented area musicians between the ages of 14 and 21. Presented under the auspices of Clearwater’s Marcia P. Hoffman School of the Arts, an affiliate of the museum, the intensive curriculum encompasses instruction, performance tips, songwriting, and mentoring. Sessions are led by award-winning artists, prominent directors, and well-known composers in the music industry.

Held during the summer, the month-long Music Revolution ends with a live concert at the Murray Theatre at Ruth Eckerd Hall. The finale concert typically draws 1,000 people. Past mentors of this program include Colbie Caillat, Graham Nash, and Three Doors Down. Many of the graduates have gone on to become successful young artists.
