An established presence in the Tampa, Florida, entrepreneurial community, Jonathan Yob founded and serves as the president of the JAY Management Corporation, where he oversees coordinated asset management activities. Jonathan Yob also functions as a managing member of, among other Tampa organizations, Garage Doctors of America, LLC, which provides seamless floor coating services that meet the needs of home and business owners.
JAY Management’s portfolio also encompasses numerous real estate holdings, and the firm subscribes to an investment approach that has served it well in diverse markets. In addition to these business activities, Mr. Yob supports a wide range of charitable institutions, including Friends of Joshua House Foundation, Inc., the Tampa General Hospital Foundation, Metropolitan Ministries, and Prevent Blindness Florida. Mr. Yob founded the Yob Family Foundation in 2012 to expand his philanthropy.
